F.O.R.E. is committed to handling family information responsibly, especially because our programs serve girls ages 8–18.

What We Collect

Through our Join F.O.R.E. interest form, we collect information submitted by a parent or guardian: parent/guardian name, email, and phone; a girl's first name, age, and city; golf experience level; interest and participation preferences; and optional notes. We do not request medical details or extensive personal information about minors on this form.

Through our Contact form, we collect your first and last name, email address, optional mobile phone number, how you're reaching out to us, and your message. If you're inquiring on behalf of a girl, you may optionally share her first name, age, and city. If you opt in to text messaging, we also record your consent and the information described in the Mobile Information and Text Messaging section below.

Why We Collect It

We use this information only to follow up about F.O.R.E. programs and opportunities, and to respond to inquiries.

Youth Accounts and Profiles

This version of the F.O.R.E. website does not create accounts, logins, or public profiles for girls. Participation is routed through a parent or guardian.

Mobile Information and Text Messaging

F.O.R.E. may collect mobile telephone numbers and text messaging consent when individuals voluntarily opt in to receive SMS or MMS communications from us.

We may use this information to provide:

  • Program information
  • Event and clinic updates
  • Registration information
  • Reminders
  • Organization updates
  • Other communications specifically requested by the subscriber

Mobile information, text messaging opt-in data, and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may provide mobile information to service providers that assist us in delivering text messaging services, but only as necessary to provide those services on behalf of F.O.R.E.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Subscribers may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a F.O.R.E. message. Subscribers may reply HELP for assistance.

Correction or Deletion Requests
