What girls gain: A trusted relationship, encouragement, and practice speaking up and setting goals.
Example activities may include: group mentor conversations, goal-setting exercises, confidence check-ins, and peer support.
Who can participate: Girls ages 8–18, at every level of golf experience.
Golf Experiences
What it is: Welcoming, beginner-friendly experiences where girls can learn, practice, and enjoy the game regardless of prior experience.
What girls gain: Comfort and skill on the course, and the confidence that comes from trying something new.
Example activities may include: beginner clinics, practice sessions, course introductions, and skill-building days.
Who can participate: Girls ages 8–18, including girls who have never picked up a club.
Empowerment & Leadership
What it is: Activities and conversations connect golf lessons to confidence, resilience, communication, leadership, education, and self-advocacy.
What girls gain: Leadership skills, a sense of possibility, and language for talking about their own goals.
Example activities may include: confidence workshops, leadership conversations, networking exposure, and resilience activities.
Who can participate: Girls ages 8–18, with age-appropriate focus for younger and older girls.
